the room was very clean. the bed and towels seemed immaculate. housekeeper sadike cleaned everyday and she had a smile. the front desk staff was amazing and friendly. tolga welcomed us and he speaks great english.
the hotel shuttle was canceled. the location is not close to tourist areas so the lack of a shuttle makes things harder. the variety of breakfast was less than i remembered.

breakfast included a large variety. it was available until 10 30 am. i appreciated the convenience and selection available each morning during our stay. i found some delicious options there.

the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. tolga was particularly welcoming and he speaks english well. selman helped us to find a nice room. all my needs got addressed efficiently.

the room was very clean when i arrived. the bed was comfortable and towels felt new. the housekeeper sadike cleaned everyday with a smile. these small details improved my experience greatly.

it took only 15-20 minutes to get to all touristic places from the hotel. the nearby transport links enabled quick trips to the city. this ease of access let us see many attractions during our visit.

The staff were FRIENDLY. They helped me with everything. the breakfast was delicious and abundant. the sauna was impeccably clean and inviting! the hotel's location was convenient with buses and taxis readily available, made exploring quite simple.
it required a few tries to register, but it never caused SIGNIFICANT delays.

the fitness center provided adequate equipment for a good workout, including treadmills and stationary bikes. the hotel offered a clean sauna for relaxation; i used it a lot. there was also free parking.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of Mediterranean dishes and was pretty good.
The air conditioning was centrally controlled. It was shut off , and staff stated it was 'winter time', though I found this unsuitable. The shower pressure also fluctuated considerably during use.

The breakfast had a wide selection of food. the staff members were very professional. They were always helpful. the cleaning lady, adalet, always asked if i needed anything.
the keys also often failed to open the room. the staff knew about this problem, but they did not seem to care!
